SUMMARY OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS: The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations require covered federal contractors and subcontractors to collect information about the gender, race and ethnicity of each ``applicant'' for employment. The final ruling modifies OFCCP applicant record keeping requirements to address challenges presented by the use of the Internet and electronic data technologies in contractors' recruiting and hiring processes. Prairie Bin Builders in Esmond ND is looking for dependable, hard working people to work on grain bin construction crew. No experience is required, will train. Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more. Must be willing to work long hours and travel. Lodging, transportation and meal allowance is provided. DL not needed. Starting pay is $9.00 per hour. OT after 40 hours each week, most weeks will have OT. Weekly pay. Will pay with cash, check, or DD as desired (taxes are taken out). Travel time is compensated.
