SUMMARY OF THE NEW FEDERAL REGULATIONS: The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations require covered federal contractors and subcontractors to collect information about the gender, race and ethnicity of each ``applicant'' for employment. The final ruling published 10-06-05 modifies OFCCP applicant record keeping requirements to address challenges presented by the use of the Internet and electronic data technologies in contractors' recruiting and hiring processes. Buckley Heating & Cooling from Peace Dale, Rhode Island is looking for Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our service team in Southern Rhode Island. Responsibilities will include installations, inspections, repairs, servicing and removing ventilation, air-conditioning, refrigeration, and related equipment and accessories in residential and commercial environments. Must be able to work an on-call rotating schedule (after hours, weekends and holidays) to provide 24-hour Service to our customers. A current license with a minimum of 2 years experience is required.
