SUMMARY OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS: The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations require covered federal contractors and subcontractors to collect information about the gender, race and ethnicity of each ``applicant'' for employment. The final ruling modifies OFCCP applicant record keeping requirements to address challenges presented by the use of the Internet and electronic data technologies in contractors' recruiting and hiring processes. TCI Construction is looking for Carpenters, Drywallers, Painters, Electricians, Plumbers, Hard & Soft Flooring etc. with hotel/big box remodeling experience. Prefer self contained RV's that can stay on jobsite. Some shared rooms are available. Excellent weekly pay plus per diem and completion bonus. Great job site atmosphere if you can handle the pace of the job. 12 hours a day for 10 days in a row is not uncommon. English, transportation and tools are required. Besides tight schedules this job requires extensive travel throughout the southeast. As an example, 4 weeks in Memphis TN followed by 2 weeks in Jacksonville FL then 3 weeks in Atlanta GA.
