SUMMARY OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS: The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations require covered federal contractors and subcontractors to collect information about the gender, race and ethnicity of each ``applicant'' for employment. The final ruling modifies OFCCP applicant record keeping requirements to address challenges presented by the use of the Internet and electronic data technologies in contractors' recruiting and hiring processes. Rule is intended to address record keeping requirements regarding ``Internet Applicants'' under all OFCCP recordkeeping and data collection requirements.

DryWallFlorida and our Partnered Contractors have begun the process of putting together a database of people who are willing to travel on short notice to Tennessee and/or Kentucky to work on flood restoration projects.
All Partnered Contractors receiving this online application are CCR/DUNS registered FEMA contractors and are directly involved in most aspects of natural disaster clean-up and rebuilding. This includes the rebuilding of destroyed properties, the repairing of damaged properties, repairing basic infrastructure and debris removal/disposal.
Any questions about housing, per-diem pay, rate of pay or other subjects should be addressed to the contractor. A valid State ID and SS card is required. All subs must supply own workers compensation and general liability insurance.
There is an immediate need for the following personnel.
