SUMMARY OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS: The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations require covered federal contractors and subcontractors to collect information about the gender, race and ethnicity of each ``applicant'' for employment. The final ruling modifies OFCCP applicant record keeping requirements to address challenges presented by the use of the Internet and electronic data technologies in contractors' recruiting and hiring processes. Rule is intended to address record keeping requirements regarding ``Internet Applicants'' under all OFCCP recordkeeping and data collection requirements.

It's Hurricane Season 2010 and DryWallFlorida is building this seasons Atlantic Hurricane/Flood Damage database of construction workers who are willing to travel into areas damaged by the 2010 seasons hurricanes and tropical storms.
This program is in its eighth year and now supplies information to over 350 Partnered FEMA Hurricane Contractors.
If you wish to volunteer and are not interested in employment, please visit The Red Cross.

If you have registered in past seasons you'll need to register again to be included in the 2010 database. At the end of every hurricane season we delete that seasons database as outlined in OFCCP guidelines on data storage, privacy and security.

We've added several new check boxes to our form below. This will allow our Partnered Contractors to further refine any searches of this database. Because we strictly follow OFCCP guidelines, all contact information contained in this database will be shown according to when the information submitted was received. For example, if a Partnered Contractor is looking for a Carpenter with all insurance, prior FEMA experience, generators, a crew and self contained RVs and your the fifth person who submitted your information with those items, you'll be fifth on the results shown to the contractor.

If a hurricane makes U.S. landfall our Partnered FEMA Registered Contractors will need the following skills and equipment ready to travel on short notice. Leads and Project Managers w/wo FEMA Experience, Carpenters, Electricians, Roofers, Plumbers, Drywall/Paint, Flooring, Pipe Fitters, Operators with Tri Axles/Dozers/Hoes/Loaders/Other, Ironworkers
Rig Welder/Single Hands, Bucket Booms, Flat Beds, Tree Climbers, Loggers and Experienced Laborers.
This form will represent you to the contractor so please take the time to fill out the form completely and accurately.

All Partnered Contractors are CCR/DUNS registered and are indirectly or directly involved in most aspects of hurricane reconstruction and restoration. This includes rebuilding destroyed properties, repairing damaged properties, restoring basic infrastructure, general clean up and debris removal.
