SUMMARY OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS: The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations require covered federal contractors and subcontractors to collect information about the gender, race and ethnicity of each ``applicant'' for employment. The final ruling modifies OFCCP applicant record keeping requirements to address challenges presented by the use of the Internet and electronic data technologies in contractors' recruiting and hiring processes. Rule is intended to address record keeping requirements regarding ``Internet Applicants'' under all OFCCP recordkeeping and data collection requirements.

If a Hurricane forms & makes landfall, major damage could occur to US coastal areas. Many of our Partnered Contractors are directly involved in various aspects of Hurricane reconstruction projects, initial clean up and infrastructure repair. They will need the following skills and equipment ready to travel on very short notice. Project Management with FEMA Experience, Chain Saws with Operators, Carpenters, Electricians, Roofers, Laborers, Pipe Layers, Equipment Operators, Tri-Axles, Hoes/Loaders, Bucket Booms & Flat Beds.
We have over 350 Registered Partnered Contractors in hurricane prone states ( AL, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, SC, TX & VA).
We speak for all our Partnered Contractors on these issues concerning hurricane damage & clean up work.
No loans will be made to get you to the affected areas. You must be able to go 10 to 14 days before a paycheck.
You need to supply your own tools. You are responsible for your own housing, meals, personal vehicle fuel, etc.
