Currently I am a State of Oregon licensed Building Contractor. My skills includes residential/commerical renovations, remodeling & repairs. I am a finish carpenter, focusing primaryly on Framing, woodwork trim,drywall application,taping & texing.Windows & doors and a host of other interior/exterior finishing skills. Prior to going into business for myself. I work through the Exterior/Interior Specialist Union #2154 out of Portland, OR. and the state of Washington #470. I am a skilled journeyman (Metal Stud Framer/Drywall Hanger). I worked for the union some 20 plus years and I am still an active dues paying member.I can dispatch out of any United States Exterior/Interior Specialist Union as a jouneryman as a metal stud framer/drywall hanger and get clearance to work.I have my own tools, hand & power. And I have experience using these tools. I know and respect OSHA safey rules. I prefer working commerical high rise building. I have worked on projects totaling as much $500,000,000.00 for as long as up to three years on one single project. I am a good worker and there isn't much in the area of metal framing/drywall hanging that I haven't seen.I am a problem solver, a team worker and I do produce results.
